Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- During sales, festive seasons, or high-volume periods, processing may take extra time.
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS/WhatsApp.
2. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to:
- All major cities and towns across India
- If you need international shipping, please contact our support team (available upon request)
3. Delivery Timeframes
After dispatch, orders typically reach customers in:
- Metro cities: 3–5 business days
- Non-metro cities: 4–7 business days
- Remote / rural areas: 7–10 business days
Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather, festivals, or unforeseen events.
4. Shipping Charges

6. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address, phone number, and pin code are correct while placing the order. We are not responsible for:
- Failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information
- Delays caused by the courier due to wrong address attempts
If the order returns due to an incorrect address, reshipping costs must be borne by the customer.
7. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners usually make 1–3 delivery attempts.
If the customer is unreachable or unavailable, the package may be returned to us.
Reshipping the order will require additional shipping charges.
8. Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments
If your order arrives damaged:
- Take clear photos & videos of the packaging and product.
- Notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery.
We will investigate and assist with replacement or compensation as per our policies.
We are not liable for delays caused by courier companies, natural disasters, festivals, or uncontrollable events, but we will support you in tracking your order.
9. Order Cancellation After Shipping
Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been dispatched.
You may wait for delivery and request a return (as per our Return Policy).
